INSTRUCTIONS

Live Aerial Yoga Classes are taught on Tuesdays and Fridays, at 10am Austin, Texas time. 

 

To attend Live classes you need a Live+On Demand Monthly Plan, a pack of Live Classes, or you can purchase a single class at the time of registration.

 

You must Register to each Live Class you want to attend in order to receive the link to the online class.

 

All the Live Classes are recorded and then offered On Demand in the FWGYS Library.

 

To watch the FWGYS Library with all the classes and tutorials, you need the On Demand Plan or the Live+On Demand Plan.  You can watch all the On Demand classes all the time.
