INSTRUCTIONS

Live Classes are taught on Tuesdays and Fridays, at 10am Chicago time. 

 

To attend Live classes you need a Live+On Demand Monthly Plan, a pack of Live Classes, or you can purchase a single class at the time of registration.

 

You must Register to each Live Class you want to attend in order to receive the unique Zoom link to the online class. (You must download Zoom if you do not have the app). Please note that bookings close 2 days prior to the session. Be sure to sign up ahead of time.​

 

All the Live Classes are recorded and then offered On Demand in the FWGYS Library, labeled by class type and date - for example: Low Hammock_Level 1_07-03-2025

 

To watch the FWGYS Library with all the classes and tutorials, you need the On Demand Plan or the Live+On Demand Plan.  You can watch all the On Demand classes all the time.
