Hi~ I’m Grace! I grew up in the Chicago suburbs with two older brothers to Korean immigrant parents. After graduating with a degree in Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign in 2013, I followed my intuition and made a bold move to Seoul, South Korea. There, I served as a native English teacher at a Korean elementary school. Quite the shift from Chemistry, right? That leap turned out to be life-changing. In Korea, I discovered my two great loves: my husband and Yoga & Aerial Yoga.

Today, I serve the Greater Austin community as well as an incredible global online aerial community. I’m deeply passionate about sharing my knowledge of Yoga and the Aerial Hammock, and I love guiding anyone and everyone with detailed, clear instruction: from those seeking mindful movement and gentle, nourishing stretches, to dedicated practitioners training at a high level to become confident and skilled Aerialists or top-notch, world-class Aerial Instructors. And if the Aerial Hammock isn’t your thing, no worries at all~ we can always take it to the mat. Whatever you need, I’ve got you covered (and the kiddos too)!
