INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1.- Subscribe to a On Demand Monthly Plan (free 7 day trial available),  purchase a Live + On Demand 1 Month Plan, or 3 month plan of either, using the Subscribe Now button on the page.

Step 2.- Log into your account using the login button on the top right hand corner in the computer website, or the login button at the top of the menu in the cellphone website

Step 3.- Click on any class in the Library and start watching the class or tutorial.

There are tutorials and classes offered.

A tutorial's purpose is to teach or break down a specific skill, pose, or concept to learn or improve a specific technique or posture.

Features:

  • Focused content (e.g., how to do Crossback/Georgia Twist)

  • Shorter length (usually 5~20 minutes)

  • Slower pacing, step-by-step explanations

  • May include modifications, common misalignments, and alignment cues

  • Minimal or no flow—more like a lesson

A class' purpose is to deliver a full, cohesive practice experience for those who want to follow along and complete a full practice from start to finish.

Features:

  • Structured sequence (meditation, warm-up, peak, cool down, Savasana)

  • Continuous flow, like an in-person class

  • Minimal pause or breakdown of poses

  • Often mirrors a real-time class
