There are tutorials and classes offered.
A tutorial's purpose is to teach or break down a specific skill, pose, or concept to learn or improve a specific technique or posture.
Features:
-
Focused content (e.g., how to do Crossback/Georgia Twist)
-
Shorter length (usually 5~20 minutes)
-
Slower pacing, step-by-step explanations
-
May include modifications, common misalignments, and alignment cues
-
Minimal or no flow—more like a lesson
A class' purpose is to deliver a full, cohesive practice experience for those who want to follow along and complete a full practice from start to finish.
Features:
-
Structured sequence (meditation, warm-up, peak, cool down, Savasana)
-
Continuous flow, like an in-person class
-
Minimal pause or breakdown of poses
-
Often mirrors a real-time class
