YOGA

Inspired by the teachings of Krishnamacharya and thoughtfully guided with intention and care. While it may be recognized in the Western world as Vinyasa or Hatha Yoga, this class reflects a more integrated and traditional approach.

The practice is dynamic yet grounded, offering a well-rounded sequence of pranayama (breathwork), asana (physical postures), kriyas, drishti, and mudra. Movements are intentionally paced, with postures held for several breaths to allow time to settle, refine, and receive the full benefits of each shape.

Class may begin with gentle core activation to awaken the body, followed by sun salutations and standing postures, and gradually transitions toward the floor with forward folds, backbends, twists, and hip opening postures. The spine is explored through its full range of motion—extension, flexion, rotation, and lateral movement—to support strength, mobility, and balance.

This class is suitable for all levels and invites each student to move with awareness, depth, and intention.

We close with Savasana, allowing space to integrate and absorb the practice.
