AERIAL YOGA FUNDAMENTALS

Ideal for first timers and beginners

Refine the same basic aerial poses to build a strong and confident practice with the hammock at hip height

AERIAL YOGA 

All Levels

Build strength, flexibility, and mobility with the hammock set at hip height and optional inversions

LOW HAMMOCK

All levels

Stretch deeply, build strength, and explore movement with the hammock set at knee height

AERIAL YOGA (CIRCUS ARTS)

Can safely invert in backbelt/frontbelt poses

and hold a bent-arm hang for 5 seconds

A progression-based class focused on aerial skills and sequences. Expect demonstrations with time to warm up, practice, refine, and close with Savasana

ASHTANGA YOGA

Ideal for beginners and deepening your practice

A 60-minute class following a traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa sequence using the same postures each class

HATHA YOGA

All Levels

A dynamic offering that varies from class to class. Expect mindful breathing, sun salutations, and various standing and seated postures

KIDS AERIAL YOGA

Kids (5~13)

A fun and safe aerial class that builds confidence, coordination, and mindfulness through play in a supportive community
